Year 1
You’ll be introduced to the marine industry. That means learning the terminology, health and safety requirements and you’ll begin training with basic hand tools.
Year 2
On-the-job assessments begin in Year 2. As well as building more complex skills, you’ll start getting more exposure to the industry.
Year 3
In Year 3, our apprentices move on from solely assisting the senior engineers to running their own small jobs and projects.
Year 4
Here you’ll fine-tune your skills and start using the new expertise you’ve developed to teach the next generation of apprentices.
